What you said makes almost perfectly no sense. 

Crystal boxes that would have dropped are now added to the battlefund. So the same amount of crystals are given out in a battle. If the same amount of crystals are given out, how could this force us to buy more crystals? You are right, it doesn't. Oh wait, that's not what you said. Whatever. 

The reason they removed crystals was to improve gameplay. Players used to go to battles and not even play, just catch crystals (myself included.) I remember one stadium I went to where I had zero score, but literally earned 4K crystals just from crystal drops. Now crystals are given out to the players that try to win and help their team. It is much better now. 

Many people don't try to figure out why the devs removed crystals. They just automatically complain. You are one of them, I believe.

Crystal Boxes ruined everything for me.

 

Especially when I was in the lower ranks. People wouldn't participate in the team they were on, instead they went off and did there own thing, which usually was collecting crystal boxes. Little did they know though, that it wasn't worth making your team loose just for 10 crystals. They could have gotten like 200 - 500 crystals if they participated and actually tried.

 

I also got a low amount of money when the battle was over, because they made our team loose. I am still suffering to this day trying to regain enough money for what I lost when I was a lower rank. Tanki saw that people were being punished for there team mates actions, and did something about it. 

 

People like you guys, which were probably those people who ran around the map looking for those little insignificant boxes, thinking that it was a great way to earn money fast. People like you guys will complain about this and even make new accounts with the username being RIPcrystaldrops. 

 

Well you know what? I dont say R.I.P crystal drops. I say R.I.T crystal drops. (Rest in Turmoil)

I agree with you but what I don't like is that you have to stay until the end of the battle to get your crystals.

In my opinion developers should make an update: When you leave a battle you get your crystals and not have to wait until the end of the battle.

It wasn't cheaper, 300 crys in 2012 = 3000 crystals today 2015.

I said when I was a lower rank, not right now. And I never mentioned anything about buying crystals...

 

I am also very jelious that you have moonwalker paint XD I think it's the prettiest paint in the game and it actually has decent protection.

Bad idea.And you know why ? When crystals were dropping everyone was just picking them and not playing.Well, no more !
