What problem? What computer do you have? Here is basic instructions:

 

1.Go to imgur.com

2.Click on top Upload Image

3.Select for example Browse Your Computer

4.Select you postcard

5. Upload it

6.Copy link and send it in special form (chek out first page)

but wouldn't taking a picture has less quality than those made in photoshop?

If you do it on a computer you go straight to uploading it to a image hosting site. If you didn't do that it, you can take a picture and tweak it a bit on-line so it looks better.

Is the sort of judging just for the developers to check to make sure nobody wins multiple times or are they really looking for perfection?

im bad at drawing things but i want to make something in Photoshop but i dont know how to instal it and i want to have fun....hopefully i get 50k and thats a goood thing cuz i dont buy crys

How cant you upload it?? I just posted in the forms with my mobile only and doing this teoly through it only... Ig mobile can do then it can be done through comp too

I think that there should be different categories for cards, like example, made with Photoshop and other drawing softwares, made the good old way-with pen and paper, and some other special like a wooden model and etc. This way every contestant will have a chance.

I think you could improve.
