fund and score lost

Hello 
We were in a won battle with a 110 to 9 flags, a pro battle with a 14k fund .. suddenly a lag happened, we refreshed then the scores went to 0 and so as the fund, and we didn't get anything, also there was still time left.. what happened ?

if you have any pictures it would help out, as mostly all mod will ask for pictures to prove that their was a battle of that sort

You must have a screen-shot and a screen-shot of the lag and then you must email help@tankionline.com and they will refund your crystals.

That's the problem, we though it was a normal lag .. just refresh and it will be fixed..

well lesson learnt, always take pics and video recordings of battles

Clearing your LAG & other problems

• Clear your cache. if that does not work please go to step 2

• try that^ it may work

 Other Ideas:

• Connection Failed
• Server Connection Diagnostics
• High ping
• Low FPS
• How to reduce lags

If those do not work, then you may try use another browser.

To solve lag issues:

-Try lowering the graphics quality

-Try clearing out your browser/flash player cache

-Try using another internet browser

-Send an email to help@tankionline.com if lag issues get any worse and the help team will be able to help you out

Also, it would be a lot easier to understand what happened if you had taken screenshots. If you have taken screenshots, include them in an email to send to help@tankionline.com about the bug and they should add crystals to your account to compensate for this.
