Since no shake is great, devs had to ensure that shaft doesn't become OP. That is why they introduced laser.

i friking hate snipers there all noobs that sit in corners the whole match and go 30-0 and they cant play tanki and no one likes them and thats why my clan doesn't take snipers! and i hope they all get deleted soon!!!!! <_<  <_<  <_<  <_<
