Has anyone m2 or m3ed a turret without buying crystals?

Without crystal drops n everything expensive, it would be much harder to buy equipment. Old players have the advantage of buying stuff before the rebalance which is cheaper. :( With better equipment, it's easier to rank n get crystals...

if you don't waste your crys on drugs or micro upgrades and also different and useless paint you can have what you want

although all turrets and hulls are not for having the highest MU in your rank

 

you must choose what you like and what you think is better and then buy 2 or 3 of them

you will upgrade other ones when you get m3 or m4 of what you like and then you upgrade other opportunity

 

i forget one thing :D just try to buy things on sales ! nothing else :))

when i was a first lieutenant i had just desert paint and fully micro upgraded m1 rail  , m1 isida , m1 hornet

after i calculated i found that i spent about 120k on my rail ! just for micro upgrades

after that i tried to save cry and now i have about 100k with hornet m2 and m1 twins

i hv all turrets m2 and hornet and titan m2 and thunder m3 and i hv never bought , i definatly would get rail my first and best m2 :) Also i always buy on sales and you should to, helps u get twice as many things!

I bought once but that was for turret kit. 

Other than that i have Twins m2, Fire m2, Freeze m2, Smoky m2, Shaft m2 and Hornet m3

I need encouragement is it possible? Buying isn't really an option for me, so I was wondering is it possible without going nuts from being impatient?

Considering the fact that there isn't a notification which tells you "You need to buy crystals at least once to be allowed to upgrade to M2/M3" it is certainly possible :)

Collect 50 gold boxes a week roughly about this number, + the battle funds you win... + the crystal bonus you get in a week.. your looking around 80k if your a good player, multiply this number by 10 weeks.. your looking around almost a mill lol and this in a year... damn you got all m3's and use sales key part* ;) This works!!! old players have the advantage of playing longer guns and turrets are the same prices as they used to be they cost about 10 times less back then but fund was also 10 times less, back then if I made 500 crystals in one whole day and I mean 5 hours I was very happy, 800 crystals was a great day and gold box was 100 crystals its all relative

 

you just have to work for something its a good life lesson work hard save up  get what you want

I remember when i felt like that :) Best thing to do is keep plodding along, (it helps to have a fast PC-mine is really slow and i got through the "omg im so bored" stage, so keep on playing and dont let tanki take over you. As long as tanki doesnt take over you, youre good :) just keep telling yourself that its a game, nota nessesity and not your entire life.

Should be possible to m2 and m3 at the ranks without buying crystals, considering i only purchase the turrets during 50% sales.(never possible for 70%, as it's always during the period when i'm sleeping -.- darn timezone)
