What do players think about Staff / Do you think they need more Staff if so why.

I think the Staff is a Nice Staff they help they have sometime's that they seem a little struggle like when they End a Thread, And i think they do need more Staff because  theres over 150.000 players and there  10 Forum Mod's and 1 forum admin, 19 chat mod's and 2 chat admin 8 consultants mod', and 1 consultants Admins, and with  188,848 likes on Facebook Only having 3 Facebook Mods and one Facebook admin little short there, 13 reporter's mods  2 reporter Admins, thats not a lot of Staff for a almost quarter of a million players. Thanks this my opinion waiting for this to be Removed or not open to the Public

IMO If they needed more staff they would open out and say, "Hey, we're desperate, we need people" and they'd probably accept more, they obviously aren't overwhelmed. (Plus, some people would just do it to get the special paint and the "Status" of being a mod)

People do not just become Administrators of a branch, they work their way up to that position (usually) over a course of years.

No, that will not be happening, nor shall that ever happen. And if that's the attitude you have, it sounds as though your likely hood of acceptance is greatly reduced. All of the Forum Moderators have a great attitude about their work, and never mean offense to anyone by closing a topic. If anyone feels their topic has been unfairly closed, they ought to contact the Forum Moderator who closed it, or if need be, @Yele.

Haha, well we've certainly not become desperate, though as said above, it would be great to see some new applicants. Well, those who apply merely for the status of being a Moderator don't make it far, as being accepted into the staff is reserved to those who have the utmost respect, and modesty. You don't go into a battle chat finding a Moderator talking about their special paint, you find them perhaps getting a brief break from a long day's work. :)

^ I was kidding, becoming a moderator isn't one of my interest, I'll be honest here I'd be a great moderator and enjoy the job but when works in the food industry time is often taken up.

One of the mods banned one of my friends because he was telling another guy to apologize for telling him to suck a guy's u no what but he got banned not the other guy. THE MODS NEED TO LOOK AT CHAT BEFORE BANNING!

Yes, players are over 150000, actually they're millions. However, it isn't that easy to simply get more staff members just to increase their amount. We want quality, not quantity. There are many requirements that need to be met, and unfortunately not many players meet them, usually either players that want to join the staff don't meet the requirements, either players who meet the requirements don't want to join the staff. So it isn't that easy.

 

We as admins are working hard on accepting as many new candidates as possible, any player is free to apply and wait for the results. However, I'm afraid this topic won't help us do this better or faster in any way, so I'll close it. If you have any specific suggestions and details on how we can get more players in staff faster, feel free to send them to me or other admins (depending what staff group you're talking about) :)

I don't think we need to discuss this topic, we always process all of the candidates application but unfortunately not many players meet the requirements and accepted,   I often write - "Many people want to be a moderator, but not all of them pass - be active on the forum, try to be more visible and play, earn ranks, earn crystals, and you will succeed. The main thing is to fight for your dreams and never give up."
