it is really OP at the moment.

from the way i see it its just a mixture of smoky and thunder to some extent. Now thunder looks dumb in front of this gun :(

but MACHINE GUN on the other hand is a NEW IDEA and has its pros and cons and i like it..... but THE HAMMER is so OP.

ima wait until christmas/newyears sale to get the gun as well as im hoping the minigun will be released during the sale. some reason ive got my eye on the minigun. im also hoping we have double or triple crystals during the sale while we get the 50% off everything in the garage. that will be awsome. then during newyears we get free speed ups again as the free speed ups did not work 4 me during the time it was going on during the runlet i beleve it was called.

My tank and turrets are now obsolete. Where can  guy without a million crystals go to have fun? How about games for "I never bought crystals" players?

i agree to a point its getting a bit hard 4 lower rank players to play the game because alot of players to spend money on game while others actually work to get what they have in thegame as i dont put money into the game either. seems like tanki is trying a little bit to force us to put money into the game without actually making it point blank noticable

On THURSDAY (18-DEC-2014) at 17.25 I bought 2x8 Health in Garage, but it is not added to my supplies. The crystals were subtracted from my account.

Can someone tell me what is happening?

XP/BP Duels are being changed significantly...

You can flip your enemy with railgun, which is just outrageous! I always wanted an update like this, but I never imagined it would flip tanks...

This is result Hammer m3 and Hornet in DM kolhoz. This STAR.SERIES or is the best player in DM, or is Hammer OP. On the 2 photo this STAR.SERIES enter in game, when the leading had 18 kills advantage.

Hammer is definitely overpowered!!! As if the Thunder wasn't enough, you can easily get killed in one shot by double-powered Hammer or got knocked down.

1. Good job on hammer, good gun..

2. It shouldn't Of been released until protections were aquired.

3. Hitting turret instead of hull is terrible update, I'm a wasp player i use wasp and smoky and love it! - Loved it... Last night i played a BP 1vs1 and We were constantly flipping, rail-gunners can flip wasps SO easy now.

4. Wasp/Smoky was my love and a lot of players knew me by it, not other hulls are the same. Please change this so i can use it still :(

Some more thigns to add, the hammer needs to shoot quicker, period inbetween shots, like boom 1 boom 1 boom, not boom 123 boom 123 boom. And the sound oh the sound, how can a turret name a hammer sound like a water pistol.. come on!

Our game now has its own shotgun! Hammer is already on the main servers!

 

Hammer is a short-range turret that deals massive damage up close. Essentially a shotgun, Hammer is capable of damaging several opponents with one shot at medium ranges. The damage each target receives, depends on the number of pellets hitting it.

 

Hammer fires at a rate similar to Smoky’s, but it must reload after three shots. Reloading takes about the same time as Railgun.

 

Protection from Hammer will soon be added to several existing paints. Additionally, we’ll be introducing new paints aimed primarily at protecting your tank from the Hammer’s damage.

 

We have also improved the auto-aim mechanism for all turrets in the game. Now your gun can aim not just at a tank’s hull, but at its turret as well. Hitting an opponent’s turret can flip him over or knock off his aim considerably.

 

If you’ve been looking for a new challenge, or a new experience in Tanki Online, you might want to try out Hammer. This new turret, together with the improved auto-aim feature, brings lots of fresh, new gameplay for you to experiment with. Thunder m1 + Hornet m2 always loose in CQB against Ricochet m2.. even against Ricochet m1 + Hornet m2... And Ricochet is even effective a middle range as well in narrow places because of of it's shell bouncing effect.

 

It's not enough Ricochet fire about 4 to 5 shots (max 4 Rico m2 is enough to kill your Hornet m2) before you can fire Thunder again, but the punch effect, completely destroy your aiming with thunder, which render's it almost useless against Ricochet, even when, knowing that your aim is going to hell, you compensate Thunder in opposite direction.

 

Thunder is however quite effective blowing up your own tank in CQB.

In my opinion there are many over powered turrets,depending on what style you prefer. If you like dying in a single shot, things are perfect, if you like to able to use your brain to outwit your opponent, then most turrets are overpowered. This game is becoming more about luck as opposed to skill and brains. Oh well, we will adapt.

i guess we have to spend our hard earned money to buy this gun.....because have can we get enough crystals...battle 999 flags..noooo way..if crystals was dropping we could have bought it to m2 at least....so Give us Our Crystals back please....Also, U said dropped crystals go to battle fund i DONT see No difference....additionaly at least make the fund  x3 on weekends...PLEASE

Hmm. I think having extra funds on the week end is a really great idea. Most people have school or work so not much time for tanki, and even on the weekends people are studying and doing HW, so it must be really hard to earn any crystals. 3x fund would really help!

hammer is a nice turret and i play with it on test server and it was perfect but it is expensive and i prefer rail m2 against hammer m2 so i will buy it but i wont update it.
