hello every barry ! 

i have a big probleme   :(

i didn't enter tanki online for 2 months and when i back i find that's i have -328 ... cry i can't buy anything 

can someone help me :'(

Try to first log out (press the red cross in the game screen) then clear you r all browsing data, especcially cache of the brower and then close the browser then open it again and log in to see if problem is solved or not.

Or else contact to tanki support at help@tankionline.com and tell them ur problem

How to clear your browser cache

But, I don't think it's going to fix it, because minus crystal issues are mostly due to rejected payments. I would suggest you to contact to help desk at help@tankionline.com via email, as vanshaw said.

1. log out

 

2. click yes

 

3. Clear browsing cache using this topic http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=166235

 

4.Close browser

 

5. open again the browser from desktop

 

6. open tanki online homepage and enter game

 

7. it will open a resgister account window maybe. click log in in green colour there

8.  enter ur username and password and click play

 

9. see whether the problem is solved or not.

 

If it is not solved then you can just email to help@tankionline.com and describe them your problem

suppose you have 100k crystals and saving for m3

next day you log in you see -328 crystals (not 100k-328, but -328 meaning less than 0!).

how will you feel?

Yes, it happens when a player purchages crystals, spends it and then the payment gets rejected. But there might be more things cause it.

Also it looks like you're purchase has some problems (If you bought any crystals), like others said Help@tankionline.com is the place to go to fix you're problem.
