Abusing and Dis-respectful Players

When I became an admin, there were only 6-7 of us. Now, we're 20+ and growing. We would have even more mods, but a lot of them had to resign due to real life issues - studies, a job, migration to a new home, taking care of their family, health problems etc. It's not an easy task to be a moderator so please be patient and give us some support, because we are doing our best to help the community... 

Perhaps you misunderstood me. I understand that playing the role of a 'moderator'  or 'admin' requires that you put forth a sufficient amount of work/effort to do the job correctly. I agree that at times, life will cause mods to step down from their position... for obvious personal reasons. I'm not complaining nor criticizing TO about the insufficient amount of mods in the game, but I'm merely stating that it wouldn't surprise me if more topics like this will be created more often, whether in the General or Problems and Solutions Section.

 

For all intents and purposes, I certainly hope you didn't misinterpret my comment... for I'm not here to bash, but instead to assist and reinforce other's ideas.  ;)

As for the topic itself, I think we're going in circles... As I already explained several times not only in this topic, but in this one and the other one as well, there are a lot of requirements to be fulfilled before someone can be accepted as a chat mod candidate, and they do change from time to time.

So yeah, everyone is welcome to apply, but please do not gossip or make imaginary reasons for your rejection, if it comes to it. Just stay helpful and polite towards other players and staff members, and wait for another opportunity. It may come sooner than you expect ;)
