Those emotions are quite general in people. You want to know a best

way to tackle this :)? Well, just do something from feeling lonely, like if your in work 

you just go to your friend and talk for few minutes or if your a student talk with your colleagues. Just try social. That's all

it's nothing much to worry about since there are people out there same as you. ;)

 

Note: Do not disturb your friends. :P Just hang-out for few minutes. ;)

Try to socialize. Be confident and go with the flow. Don't push yourself hard and start cracking some jokes with your buddies. I know they'll start accepting you. :)
