PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS SECTION RULES.

  • Complete list of forum rules. These rules apply to all the sections of the forum, including Problems and Solutions.
  • This sections is made for technical issues and problems, all questions should be asked here: Tankionline Help Site.
  • Before posting make sure that you have searched solutions in our Help Site and in the pinned topics in this section for possible solutions, and use the search function to avoid posting problems that are already solved.
  • Topic titles should be informative and reflect the problem itself.
  • Topics should be written in an understandable way.
  • Do not just repeat answers already given by others. Topics must be kept as clean as possible.
  • Players are responsible for their topics, if you see violators please report using the report option in the lower right hand corner of the post.
  • Players should inform the moderators that the problem is solved in the topic.
  • For those who are trying to help - it's great you want to do it. However, if you don't know the exact answer/solution,
simply do not reply. DO NOT give wrong advice.
  • Players shouldn't post irrelevant issues in other players' topics.

:excl: If you can't find a solution to your problem and you decided to make a topic about it, then:

1. Give your topic the most informative title (not just 'Problem!' or 'Help!).
2. Describe the problem in details. If possible, attach a screenshot. Messages such as 'I get an error!' won't help us to understand what your problem is and it will be just time waste for everyone.
3. If the problem is technical, in your post you can include:

A) The version of your operating system (OS), browser, Flash Player and anti-virus software.
В) Method (ADSL, WiFi, cable, etc.) and speed of Internet connection.
C) If the Internet connection comes via a router (and/or modem) - give its model.

5. If you're complaining about low FPS in the game or delays in the interface, you can also add:

D) The type of processor (full info if possible) and its operating frequency.
E) The amount of RAM.
F) The model of the graphics card and its driver version.
G) Screen resolution.

For those who are trying to help - it's great you want to do it. However, if you don't know the exact answer/solution,
simply do not reply. DO NOT give wrong advices.
