Payment problem

hello

i am using sms payment option

but when i use my phone to sms it say message not sent: unable to send the message

i have checked i have more balance than the payment money required

i also have validity till 2024

also when i tried to put +91 (which is my country code) before the address number, it sends the message (message charge is applied but 4 times than usual) but i have not recieved the payment and niether there was any returning message

I use BSNL and live in india

also will help@tankionline.com respond to me today itself because i am afraid as i have 3x crystals payment

First of all, wait a few hours or more, mobile payments take longer time than the others and also, there is an event which also affects it. If you still don't get your crystals contact to help@tankionline.com and your BSNL support.

im having a problem with a sms payment , i txt RRR TNK K.A.G.A.X to 4500 and it says the number 4500 does not exist plz help
