Corrosion or Tundra? ( help me choose from these 2 paints )

Christmas sale is coming! And i have enough money to get M1 hornet and a paint...

 

The paints i want to get is:

 

Tundra.

 

or.

 

Corrosion.

 

I want railgun protection but i think corrosion will have enough to not 1-shot-kill-me if someone shoots with railgun m2.

 

But Tundra has camouflage and has a lot more '' deflection '' from railgun.

 

Corrosion has quantity.

 

While Tundra has quality.

 

Someone help please. I'm skilled with hornet m1 ( i i will be in some days ) and railgun m1 and want one of these 2 paints. Tell me your story or just give some advice please.

If you like playing XP, buy Tundra, cuz in XP, an M1-M1 is allowed to have 30% Protection from railgun ---> Tundra.

I would say Tundra as railgun's are just annoying, however next time ask here.

I advise you to buy Tundra. But don't buy it now. There's a sale soon on paints (I forgot what date) so buy Tundra on sale.

Tundra is a much better paint. There high rail protection is extremely useful as Railgun is the most popular gun on maps like Serpukhov.

Yea Tundra is definitely better for Light Hulls like Hornet, Corrosion goes better with Medium Hulls.

Here's a question for you.

Why don't you look at it this way?

 

Do you want 10% protection from Railgun, 10% protection from Isida, and 10% protection from Ricochet, or a whole 30% protection from Railgun?

It depends what annoys you the most. If you hate, Hate, HATE Railguns and want protection from that, and can tolerate other guns, I'd get Tundra.

 

Remember that you'll also sustain damage from other guns as well. So even if you can survive with like 10% HP using Corrosion, will you always be at full health when going against Railgun? And that enemy Railgun has teammates as well, so it won't always be a 1 vs 1.

I've had tundra since I could get it and that was the best thing I've done. corrorision what,ever it is with hornet takes 2 shots from rail same with tundra but what if you had double protection for corrosion it takes 4 shots but for tundra it,takes 6~7 depending on micro upgrade. imagine you had mammoth or Viking with tundra. I may be on a high rank but I still mu my tundra I'm at 37% from 30%

In the future, you shouldn't ask these types of questions here. Ask in the "What to buy, what is better" thread.

 

Anyway, I'd recommend Tundra. Corrosion's protections against each individual turret isn't all that noticeable, and it doesn't have any good camouflage capabilities. Tundra has very good protection against Railgun and it blends into winter maps. The 10% Smoky protection might help out too.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this but, Corrosion will not protect you from Rail M2 Drug.
