Paid Giftcards on Tanki: Never got crystals

I feel better when I was asleep. And that's sad. When you are having a nightmare, it is the relief you get when you finally wake up. I feel the relief once I go to bed. Thanks a lot tanki, u made me sad, virtual money??? doesn't cost u a thing. Now, i can't afford lawyers or anything much, but still, why take my 20$ away from me???

This is absolutely outrageous that this would happen. Regardless of how much you bought. I know how you feel about not getting proper help, It's extremely frustrating. You should be given compensation for this, Seriously, It's ridiculous. I'm really starting to lose faith in this game as well.

 

The vote command in battles is useless, and help is pretty bad, just people competing to get the helper paint giving you the same links over and over again. Try and get this post as much publicity as possible, tanki staff won't want people knowing that there game outright robbed someone of 20$.

 

I understand why more and more people are quitting this game to play War Thunder and WoT. Also another thing, whenever i buy crystals I convert the U.S dollars into GBP before purchasing, I do this on google. But guess what?, Tanki always takes another 35-40 pence for no reason. Thats might not sound like much, but think about how many people buy everyday.

To be totally honest the only reason I play tanki is because my pc can't play those games.

I hope a moderator or developer sees this topic and helps you get your crystals back.

Officially been 24 hours. Even if this is a mistake, it has happened to many people, other than me. There is a difference between phishing sites and game that makes plenty of mistakes (common, but should have compensation for the pain and suffering...). Which one will Tanki be?

The vote command does work, the problem is, there aren't many chat mods to deal with the hundreds of votes coming from almost 50 servers.

I am really sorry you can't see that we are trying our best to keep the community clean and help others.

Anyways, we give the same link over and over because those links contain guides that will help to solve the issue. And beside those guides, there are no other links that would lead you to a topic with information on the issue, OFFICIAL information.

That system got removed due to it being not so effective. It contained alot of flaws and was somewhat unfair as people can just kick the highest player in the game while he didn't even do anything. A new system is being worked on.

Also, how would I know to email PaymentWall, what their email like HOW DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS STUFF?!?! A day later of waiting, and I get this!!! I gotta email some even BIGGER company?!?! How long is that going to take, a wekk, a month? I don't even know their email!

I'm just saying tho, it took them a day, and I did spend 20$ burgerking gift card on tanki, I bought some gift cards for my family that I been saving up for the year. I think Tanki needs to respond faster, cause now the 3x sale is over. I really need crystals for the 50% Christmas Sale, I only want to get it to level up and stuff. Please be patient. In the E-mail they said that the response can take from 1 to 5 days. Tech support do their best but they get alot of E-mails, so wait :)
