A new battle format: Thunder-Wasp

Uhm, Thunder has the the third longest effective range in the game. Thunder has a long reload COMPARED to OTHER turrets, but is fairly quick in general (approx. 2.5 seconds). Thunder also has very high damage. Infact, in Update 207 it was considered too strong and was nerfed slightly. Your logic is flawed...

I think thunder and wasp sounds a little stupid it makes no sence at all thunder has a long relod and not very good rang so its a little harder to kill poelple with thunder that have wasp and really wasp im sorry that's just well not very good idea

Wasp "not a good idea"? That's Hornet. I think you got confused ;). Wasp is better than Hornet any day with Thunder :)

Wasp is a bit more unstable (Hornet still unstable enough to be able to be flipped easily) but yeah better :D

Why BP? BP almost always requires more skill than XP. Actually, in general, Wasp requires more skill to master than Hornet. Which is why I support this format ;)

I never understood what is so good about XP. BP players can utilize the famous "peek-a-boo" tactic much better, and if you are skilled at BP, you can actually just show your turret and hit the target with ease. BP players can also achieve shot angles that XP players can only dream of taking.

 

Wasp is also faster, enabling the BP player to be much more aggressive and support team forces better than XP players. It also enables the BP player to dodge shots, inflicting no damage on the tank. It is absurd that XP players argue Hornet is better because it has more armor. Uh, hello, Hornet can't dodge a shot. It will always get damaged. Wasp players can easily dodge a shot with room to spare.

Why XP is more popular is beyond me!

 

Same goes for Hornet/Thunder and Wasp/Thunder, Hornet/Isida and Wasp/Isida, even Hornet/Smoky and Wasp/Smoky. It just makes no sense.

The devs are most likely going to get format battles to the point 

where you have check boxes of turrets, hulls and paints, and

check a box for which turrets/hulls/paints are allowed in the battle.

 

Also, has anyone ever tried Wasp/Hammer? Its the best.

-flag capping

 

-navigate a maze, where walls = death

 

Hornet can do those, but Wasp is just so much better...

Would love to see wasp/ thunder battles in the future. The only problem however as I see it is the self destruction caused by the splash damage. I once tried to do this duel using thunder wasp and this SD became such a menace... You got any solution for that? And add me in the supporters list too...

I love this format, +1 :D

 

I started playing wasp more, and it is really fun, it adds some variety to my garage. It also helps pull of epic kills that ai wish I record ._. I also played some BP with friends, and it requires more skill than hornet. One thing XP users don't understand.
