I don't have enough cry , I did want to get Dictator M2 though .

I don't need much more hulls / turrets anyway , I did buy a few turrets yesterday , the only m2's I don't have are titan m2 , wasp m2 , dictator m2 and shaft m2 .

Overall the benefits of a better hull probably outweight a paint when supplies are considered since supplies don't affect how a paint protects you.

 

But double armor on a Dictator? Probably cheaper and more effective overall to buy several hundred double armors than a single paint job.
