Tier Rankings - More levels pass Generalissimo

Tanki online needs to make a second tier ranking. Like recruit to generalissimo is Tier 1. Tier 2 can be further rankings above generalissimo, etc and then it goes on from their. And the ranks increase as well as the damage done by the weapons, which can see the addition of  M4's M5's etc. Also you if you are from two different tiers, you can't battle, which makes it fairer so you wont have to worry about lower players joining, and having them one shotted by an absolute beast of a tank. This could pose a problem depending on how many in the community would like it to happen, but to me it seems unlikely. But that is something you can poll at Tanki. Like would you want more levels to tanki online as well as weapons levels to also. I can understand that this might change some dynamics around the cyber sport section like depending the ranks, and it might take them a bit of time to get to high levels pass generalissimo. As more people join Tanki, we will hopefully see more generalissimo's, and I think that this would be a great incentive to keep players playing and continue to rank up, whilst keeping it fair and balanced. The amount of ranks further up do not have to be a massive amount. It could be like 5-10, or something like 10-15. Whilst writing this, I have actually had another thought around the ranking system of fair and balance, and that it wouldn't have to be exclusive once you hit the rank of generalissimo but maybe Marshal rank and generalissimo's are able to take part. So that way it would not be a limited amount of people able to join in, and have low ranking battle's. Another could be playing in tier one battles at a tier 2 level, but you are restricted to weapons that are within the tier one level.

 

Just my thoughts. I would gladly accept feedback and/or CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, as well as your own ideas on this idea/suggestion.

No. Because most of players need 1-3 years to reach generalissimo. It is already too much for a game.

Are you sure about that? Besides I will be able to reach Generalissimo in the middle of next year. Also it is about creating longevity in the game and insure players still continue playing. The second tier can also be optional as well, like wishing to progress forward. But I think a lot of people might enjoy it. Besides, as I said in the main paragraph up above, a poll or something can be taken to determine if people might enjoy this.

No thanks. I'm in this game for about 2 years, and I need only 25.000 XP for last rank. I don't want to play another 2-3 years for the "second tier ranking".
