No supply drugs.

Ever since the new update on drug usage, i have seen SO many more druggers around. Especially the higher ranks. I think that tanki should get rid of the extra attack, defense, and speed.

 

If we get rid of 2,3,4, then tankers will rely on the boxes on the ground even more. This will affect the amount of gold boxes dropping in battles, which provides that you have to go and get the boxes in order to stay in the battle.

 

Doing this will allow tankers to enjoy the battle and not get frustrated as much. this will also lower the chance of verbal fights in the battles, that annoy tankers, and clogs the battle chat of unnecessary bickering.

 

This change in the game will save people money, and lots of it. I asked a question to everybody in a few battles for how much of drugs they had. The median number was 358 of each. There were tankers that had thousands!

This could save them money to use on turrets and hulls. This would increase team cooperation to take out the most powerful tankers. Improving the battle experience.

if their were no more supplies, daily rewards would consists mainly of double crystal cards and pro battle passes.. 

tanki would also have to refund all the supplies to lessen the outrage.

You can play without supplies in the PRO battle mode. In normal battles supplies will never be removed, since they are a big source of profit for the game and they've become an important part in the gameplay ever since they were introduced. I know that any game feature, no matter how old and important, can be removed (as we have seen with crystal boxes), but I highly doubt that the developers will ever choose to disable supplies in normal battles since most players have learned to deal with them and the complaints come from a minority.

Although I wouldn't mind seeing a limit be added on max. number of drugs used in one battle (e.g. 10 of each for 15 mins, 20 for 30 and 40 for 60)

I am extremely against supply's. Not because it gives the player an unfair advantage or from personal experience, but because a lot of people quit the game because of supply's. I'm a very social person, and I have told a lot of people about Tanki and even invited them to play. 60% of them leave because they don't believe they are good enough, 10% leave because it takes to long to get to the next M1, M2, or M3. and 30% leave because of drugs. 

This is just people that I have invited though, not for all the players on tanki who left.

 

I know the major argument to keep supplies is because Tanki makes a lot of money off it, but we could find easy alternatives to cover that major profit area, such as adding M4 or M5. 

 

Supplies also get rid of the need for skill, and skill is what keeps a lot of people playing Tanki. People who are skilled at Tanki continue playing it usually, and people who want to be more skilled also continue playing Tanki. 

 

And Yes, I have never actually gotten any of my friends/invited people to actually stay and play tanki to this day.

I hear this a lot... But can't follow the logic.

 

"Drug" use (in Tanki) and player skill are two different dynamics.

 

Some players are not very skilled, and don't use drugs;

Some players are very skilled, and don't use drugs;

Some players are not very skilled, and use drugs;

Some players are very skilled, and use drugs.

 

I use drugs a lot!

 

Sometimes I get my backside kicked by other players who aren't using drugs, because their skills are so good, they don't need drugs to beat me.

 

Sometimes I get beaten by other players who are using drugs, because their drug use cancels out my drug use, and their skills are simply better than mine.

 

Sometimes I beat other players using drugs, because our drug use cancels each other's out, and my skills are better than theirs.

 

And sometimes I beat other players who aren't using drugs, just because their skills aren't very good. My using drugs just means I beat them more quickly.

 

There is no Drugs v. Skills dynamic.

 

Skilled players not using drugs can beat less skilled players using drugs. Simple as that.

 

Citing "Drug" use as a sign of poor skills is just something that low-skilled players say to try and make themselves feel a bit better about having been beaten.

Quite often that is the case, but sometimes I come across players who only seem to be able to press 12345 and the spacebar. Those players just make it seem as if supplies were made specifically for "noobs' to help them compete against normal players.
