Moderators aren't answering my PM's?

I just need to ask one of them a question about the game but so far none have answered me back. What do I do? I know they are busy and all but haven't got PM back in over 24hours.

Just hang around in Server EN1, there is usually a consultant sitting in the lobby, answering questions.

 

If, you don't want to do that, just have patience.

 

They must get 100's if not 1000's of PM's every week.
