High Rankers Bully Medium Ranks

 Share

Recommended Posts

I joined a Noise CTF PRO battle and one guy said he wants me out. He was a major general. I don't understand why. Then he said I am M0. I don't know why he said that because I am M2 Isida. He may be talking about my hull: Wasp M1. I guess it made sense considering not many high ranks use Wasp, but there is no best turret or hull right? Besides, I have until Colonel to get M2. Last, he said he needs the game. I have no idea what he is talking about. If he meant that he doesn't want to be bothered, I wasn't bothering him at all. I was just healing him if needed. This happened another time when I was a M1 Isida. They also wanted me to leave. I can still help though, especially since I'm Isida. However, some high rankers are very nice. In a Monte Carlo battle, two high rankers were bullying me. Then, a shaft told me to come heal him and stay.

He was somewhat right. You are way too weak to be good team player in a battle against such high ranks. I understand that you may be skilled and experienced, but you just can't play to your full potential when you play with M1-M2 against potential M3's with full MU. You should definitely try to find battles where your rank is the highers possible (or near highest) because in those battles you will find it easier to play yourself and you won't be a burden for your team.

Well of course... you had low level equipment on in a battle that calls for high level equipment... you're obviously gonna get a guy or two telling you to go out

Like the ones above me are saying; you should join battles that are around your rank.

if the battle is intense, and both side are filled with a lot of generalismo rank,

the side with more medium ranks will lose for sure, based on my experience.

it is not about skills on intense battle, it is about who can survive longer to defense or attach.

Noise map is more suitable to medium hulls or heavy hulls, light hull flip too easy since the map height difference too much.

--------------------

on Monte Carlo battle, it is difference, shaft need small isida combo to back their back. so that is why you are welcome there.

---------------------

so choose suitable map that fit you in, if you really like high rank battles,

make sure choose the team with more flag leading, generally they can defense better with you healing, and relaxing battles.

and dont join intense battle require heavy drugging or attacking, then you may not be welcome in that high rank battle.

Some might tell you.to.leave but c o me on you can and should join any battle you want wether you have m1 or m3 just try not to make your team lose if it looks like you are shifting the balance of the battle in a negative way for your team I would leave but it's your choice don't let discrimination against m1 make you feel like you are not contributing to the battle.ok I have also been bullied by higher ranks even though I am not a noob I am quit good for my rank some m3 run from my tank but I buy cry so weaponry and armor is a little better sorry for miss spelling and some bad punctuation my tablit is wonky

Major General is my rank .. . .

And you're at Second Lieutenant rank. . .

We're seven ranks apart. . .

And at our rank, especially after this sale, we can expect to see many Thunder M3's, Freeze M3's, Firebird M2's, etc. etc.

And if it's a few ranks above, then they can have access to M3 Hulls. . . .And M3 Hornet unlocks at our rank. . . .

And most likely all that M3 Gear is heavily MU'd.

You're using M1 Wasp. . . . prepare to get 1-shotted.

You're not going to be helping a lot. . . .

And the increased drugging does not help either.

Railguns will 1-shot you, or make you go flying.

This tends to happen if you're using lower ranked equipment. While it's not particularly nice to ask people to leave, a player with under-leveled equipment could be a liability to his/her team. For instance, if a Colonel decided to use M0 Hunter/Smoky/Green in a team battle, most people would get somewhat angry at that person.

In general, you should try to play in battles around your rank; you'll do a lot better there, and there (generally) will be no people asking you to leave. If you do decide to play in a higher ranked battle, you should try to make yourself as useful as possible. If they constantly ask you to leave, consider their request if you're not doing well in the match.

High ranks are to blame as well in this case, most players have no idea how to create a battle properly. It is very easy to set rank limits for battles so this will not occur, of course many high rank players create wide rank range in hopes that lower ranks will join opposing team so they can win easily, you never see a high rank telling a low rank on opposing team to leave so it will be harder for them to win.

Also, there is still a problem of high rank players using there own low rank mults to infiltrate opposing team as well.

And there is an unwritten rule in high rank games, it is common courtesy to leave if you are being a burden to your team, especially you are not well equipped to keep up with the changing conditions of the battle, when garage access is on and supplies are in heavy use.

^ bear in mind the vast majority of players don't make the actual game. If everyone made their own games, there would be no good battles! So this is not a valid excuse for low rankers joining.

If you are low rank, and do not have good equipment, that is not your fault. But if you join a high ranked team, think about those players - it does not matter how skilled you are, you will not be able to compete. You are ruining the game for the team you join, so of course they won't be happy. Now, is this your fault?

I have no problem with low rankers, I will respect everyone. But I am not happy when sub-Majors join - it severely weakens the team, especially if I can easily invite friends to fill in the space...

Think about Island - one low rankers joins and you essentially have lost a third of your team...

The solution - join games of your own rank. Not only will this make it easier for you, but it would also not ruin games for high rankers.

Higher ranked players often say this to lower ranks. This is because they want players with the best skill and equipment to be on their team so they can win and get the battle fund. If you're not doing very well, do the nice thing and leave but if you are playing well with a good score and your doing your best, then it's fine to stay. As long as you don't make your team lose just because you're an M1.

Well, you are serious about this? You can better play with low ranks instead of high ranks. Why? M1 wasp is very very bad, you really arent helpful with that combo because before you meant to heal somthing you are dead. They need M3 stuff to win a battle, if you come there and play with this stuff you are kinda like a mult because you might don't use or have supplies either. So you are exactly the opposite of what they need... Enjoy low rank battles till you have better stuff

In settings the maker can say what ranks are wanted in the battle

the real truth where high rank (like generalismo) make rank range from wo5 to is to allow them to place mult on opposite/enemy side, and usually or , since it is faster to create a alt and rank to or for them.

of course, sometimes they prefer low ranks join the opposite/enemy side, but not their side, that is why they do it purposely this way.

I saw a lot of this kind of game, where losing team are filled with low ranks doing nothing. since a generalismo rank mult is hard to made,

and generalismo rank mult are usually their friend.

Though playing with people around your ranks can make you play more comfortably, personally I still think duelling with high ranks can enhance your skills and train your patience. For example, you are an isida and in high rank battles, it is not advisable for you to attack even if you drug, so your job should be limited to saving and supporting your teammates. In actual context, your isida modification should be decent enough to deal with brigadiers and even lieutenant generals. The major issue is your weak hull. If you really want to compete with high ranks, get hornet m2 and micro it a bit, like 10 to 12 Hp, then I think this is good enough. I once take this combo (with hornet m2 and only isida m1) into a normal battle in hill full of colonels and brigadiers, I came out on top of the board with my team winning ( d/l about 1.87). In these high rank battles, you learn from more skilled mates, know how to improve your shortcomings and of course gain tonnes of invaluable experience. Without doubt, after all, you need to be an above average player around your ranks first before you can accomplish the tough job of aiming higher. :)
