Lots of people are quite happy about these updates. You sort of get used to it. Play Tanki a lot and in a month, try to recall what Tanki was like before, you will forget. I am still trying to remember what it was like driving a Hornet before the new physics update came out.

Must be fun to have the possibility to get back to an older Tanki for just one day.

 

I 'm pretty sure I won 't like the older Hornet for example.

The old one was much slower and the drifting of the new version is no issue when you get used to it.

 

If a Tanker really misses the old 234-drugging system he can take the time-machine in a Private battle.

Pretty sure I will never do that, maybe once to rejoice that it got replaced...

i know what they are doing there improveing the game just cuz you make a topic to scream and cry about how you want the old tanki back dose not mean it will not matter how many agree there are plenty of new tankers who join after the updates and love it so why dont you lone it becuse you liked it whene it was easier to get cry and drug and overpower the other team tanki is going in the right derection and you are just a obstacle they should ignore

I learned this from playing Roblox for about 2 weeks.

 

the updates are a lot worse and so are the dev's obsession with money

 

A lifetime builder's club (basically VIP) costs almost 500 DOLLARS

 

They made updates where some games on roblox are BUILDERS CLUB ONLY

 

Shirts and stuff used to be resonabally priced, now they are 100 tickets (you get 10 a day)

 

some of the hats are literally MILLIONS of robux

 

tanki isn't as bad as roblox yet, but it is certainly getting there

what I am trying to say is you guys are complaining about the updates when they are good I've played tanki a lot before the updates and it was unbalanced and easy to rank if you bought Crystals and that is still in the game some what but it's getting a lot better so now the game uses a lot more brain power and less overpowering of the enemy team and I think guys like you are kinda annoying because the developers have put time and money in to these updates and you just complain and threaten to quit so stop please (and no slang ) and your noob if you joined before these updates and are still that rank you are just a noob Edited December 31, 2014 by toanuparu_GT

* Rebalance - made game much more expensive than it deserves to be

* Economics change - got 50% less fund. Now it's up to 80% from the 100% we had, but the 20% decrease is a lot, so it's bad in far end.

* Lies about TO 2.0 - was planned and then scrapped.

* A weapon that is basically Thunder, Railgun and Smoky features put together, plus a rubbish name (in my opinion) - Hammer.

* A waste of crystals on a weapon, hull and a paint - overall making over 700k crystals wasted on something that is going to last a few days. That is like half a year of someone playing TO and they're giving you the opportunity to waste that half a year's work on something that'll last 3 days or so.

* Bad balance of weapons and hulls - Firebird OP, Ricochet doesn't work as it should, Freeze's after effect nerfed too much.

* Parkour taken away - the new physics, which were introduced a long time ago made it impossible for wasps/hornets + ricochet to get on walls. While that might add realism, alternativa platform themselves said that the game isn't aiming for realism. But that's not the bad part: Dictator has become OP due to this. And in Sandbox, the parkour has been taken away due to Self-destruction which happens when you go over the hills.

* "Pro battles" (Pay-to-play battles) - all the options that were once for non-"Pro battles" are now taken away and only put in "Pro battles" options. This is not what those battles were meant to be for before. They were meant to be used for "No supplies". Now you have to waste 5000 crystals every month for some stupid options. And with the fact that you can make those battles like the ones we had long time ago, you waste even more crystals overall and are dissatisfied. It's Lose - lose situation.

* Railgun + Hornet promoted way too much - I know there are people who love this combination. But seriously, stop, You're addicted to it. There are other weapons and hulls to choose from and have a more interesting experience. And devs promote this. As previously mentioned, they made that stupid expensive tank that will only last a few days. They made specific battle modes, great, but only for Railgun + Hornet/Wasp. What about other weapons? Why not them? I have always wanted an "only Ricochet" battle, why can't I have that?

 

I like the game, and used to like it better before some stupid updates came out. Of course there are benefits from certain things, but overall it's just worse news for players. I'm a buyer, btw and I'm still disappointed! I kind of wrote all this in a rush, so if you have anything else that might have frustrated you, or any stupid updates in Tanki that have been done, write them in this topic. Also tell me whether you agree with what I wrote or not and why. But don't judge!

In my opinon, if there is a OP gun in the enemy team, you should change to an OP Hull, Depending on your turret

When Ricochet + Wasp could climb walls, It was impossible to kill them without shaft. Because they could climb short buildings, drug and then kill you. Dictators advantage is good, because before dictator had a disadvantage that shafts could shoot them because of their height. There is a Format Battle named Parkour, If you make this format then All Self Destruct Zones Will be De-Activated

The only problem is that Private battle now has to be a Pro Battle, There is no other Problem. Some people may say the price is high, maybe yes for lower than Major, but I just earned 5k of crystals Today. If you can't afford Pro Pass, Dont play Pro Battles

Railgun + Hornet is promoted because of the Popularity of it. I've never seen someone try to make an Only Ricochet battle. Yes, Developers have increased it popularity only for one reason. To make people who Play XP happy. 

I'm an SMS buyer too, I only buy with Double Crystal Card Bonus. In my opinon, A buyer will have a much better garage than a non-buyer but that doesn't prove his skills. Of course we all like Tanki, or we wouldn't be playing.

 

If you don't like updates then you don't have to make a whole new topic for it, just downvote it in the Developers News.

Rebalance was the worst, remember when m3 smoky was around 500 Cry? Jade paint around 15,000? It's insane, that's what it is. I lost all of my good gear to the rebalance so now I'm having to craw my way back up again. :(

It's like wasting 300k+ on an M3 and taking forever to get another one. Shouldn't they make battle funds higher or something?

So you are arguing about something that you haven't even experienced, especially considering that you joined in Oct 2013?

I must state that the game was better before rebalance, but the developers have put time into improving user experience for better reputation, that's what I also have to say but the fact that it wouldn't return as great as the times before rebalance is pretty much something that all pre-rebalance players should remember.
