Hello tanks. I'm Flane and I'm Italian.

I need to use the translator to write in English (so I apologize to you for the way I express it).

- On the morning of 29/12 at 11:30 I started to play Tanki Online.

 

I immediately went to the garage because I wanted to change my weapon before starting a battle. As soon as I select the Railgun I realize that my weapon was upgraded to M2, while the day before my weapon was level M1.

Although I knew I had not updated my weapon, I started to believe that they have made a mistake... when I selected my Ricochet and I realized that it had been upgraded to M2, while the day before it was level M0.

 

Now I realize that someone has upgraded my weapons.

 

I have no real friends who play Tanki Online and I never told my password to anyone.

There are two solutions: either to another tank stranger has discovered my password and he logged into my account for spent my crystals or my mother spent my crystals from my computer while I was in the bathroom. (the second solution I think is unlikely, I'm kidding)

You are responsible for your account, it's not tanki online fault, if you make simple password it will be easy for anyone to get in to your account just by guessing the password. Anyway, you can try asking the tech support for the refund, in here no one can refund you, therefore you need to contact tech support.

You are responsible for your account, it's not tanki online fault, if you make simple password it will be easy for anyone to get in to your account just by guessing the password. This is the classic situation where I am screwed.

It's paradoxically sad to know that tanks fun in the game and strive to achieve goals, then if they disappear from one day to another.

now all what you have to do is forget your crystales and continue the game !

You are saying the same things you've said before. You are not helpful, so avoid doing so.
