Are Micro Upgrades Worth It?

Although I myself have bought several micro upgrades myself for wasp, thunder, swash, and smoky for quite reasonable prices, they take a long time to upgrade and when they're upgrading, you can't use them in battle. Plus, the overall cost of a tank fully micro-upgraded is a staggering price. As the topic title states, Are these upgrades really worth it? I'm curious to hear other peoples opinions on the subject.

At higher modifications, then yes. At lower modifications, it is much better to buy the next modification rather than micro upgrading it a lot. Still; it won't hurt to micro upgrade them a little.

At M0 to M2 you should only upgrade your tank a few steps (no more than seven), otherwise it becomes a total waste of crystals. Once you get M3, definitely MU the first 5-10 steps as soon as possible and after that focus on getting other M3 items and top-resistance paints. I personally upgraded all my M3 equipment until the cost of the next step became more than 3000 and now I will only upgrade it during sales.

I agree I have upgraded my hammer a few steps and it rocks good enough in till I get m2 so yes do a few but not a lot and only on hulls you use more then once a few weeks I don't use mammoth a lot so no upgrade or it will waste all my cry but wasp I use a lot so I upgraded it about 5 steps so far in the protection area I also have m2 hornet and freeze I have not upgraded them cuz I don't have the cry :(
