Problem with shooting and suplie picking

Can't do any damage and pick suplies in field. Ping is ok. Fps from 5 - 70. Graphic works. Chat works. No Antiviruss works while playing. Others asked me, did I make any shot? I told, that I did. That question showed, that actually I am not shooting, but in my screen shows, that I shoot others, but only showing that blast while I am doing no damages to others. With suplies is problem, too. Can't pick them. Can someone help me with it?

Whenever I come across this problem, I refresh my page. It would probably be a good idea for you to do so as well.

Well, it is in my notebook too. I can't shoot anyone and can't pick anyone suplies. Have to wait for while, than something happens. Refreshing isn't giving anything. PC restart will start it from over. When I start to play in beggining I can shoot and pick suplies for very short time.

And no need to look at PC stats. I tried to play it with Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.0GHz 4GB RAM NVidia GeForce 420M. The same results. Network ain't a problem. With this network I used to play World Of Tanks with medium or even max graphics,.

Refresh the page and clear user browser cache may be it works.which brower are you using?

no results. This PC has Intel Celeron with AMD Sempron. Has problem. With my PC  is better results with same network.

And I am using Chrome in PC with Intel Celeron and Opera in PC with those Intel Pentium stats.

And have another problem. While I am alone, my fps is about 50. When in action, fps is getting below 20.

and somekind of mistic PING losing stuff while I have network download speed from 1mb/s to 3mb/s

Okey, fps problems fixed. But don't know how to fix those shooting and picking problems.
