ANOTHER EPIC FAIL, EXTREMELY UNBALANCED MAP.   <_<   I' ll pass untill next year.

 

This map is designed for very optimistic people, naively optimistic, as well as masochists. Both bases are out in the open, lower ground in regards to the Capture point, so that once a team takes over the top (capture point) can effortlessly camp somewhere along the slope down and take out all opponents. No wonder shafts are very happy (provided they're winning of course). B)

 

In a way it's  quite opposite to Polygon CP.

 

However, to be fair, there are good elements and with a few alterations this map can become really favorite.. Tip; get ideas from Chernobyl.. ;)

 

Ok, that's it, see you next year.

 

(Wish for 2015; much less updates and much less greedy designs from Devs. Amen)

I really like the new map! Though i think it would be actually challenging and interesting to see what it would look like in CTF mode. Kinda makes me miss last year's map :P I really liked it too!

I DON'T LIKE  this map.  Because  if i'm in the up side on the map and the enemies kill me, I will go down and i need to go up it's  take time  and it's boring.And there was only CP.

The Happy New Year map seems like an exhibition target shooting.

 

The blue team is disadvantaged.

 

The red team shoots to the blue figurines in exchange for a teddy bear :wub: .

 

I do not like this map :wacko: .

 

The HNY map was better last year :fire_r:  :fire_l: . 

 

I will not play on that map :( .

UPDATE:

 

Tankers, thank you for your feedback! Right now we are making changes to the New Year map. Its improved version will hit the game with the scheduled restart on January 1. Some hours after it will be supporting DM, TDM and CTF modes as well. Additionally, we’ll be adding an updated version of last year’s New Year map for tankers who prefer more traditional type of combat.
