I lost crystals

The battle funds were about 2000 and there were 3 people left . I was first then the 2nd guy left

and the battle was about to finish. when it finished I got no crystals.

Well Go to Help@tankionline.com and they will help you but, you have to have proof of this happing.  If not you will not get any of the gems you said you have lost.

I did play in the Hill CTF on december 31,2014 11pm to January 1,2015 4am. Where time was not right. I thought maybe moderater do some thing. I was playing. It was more a question which was not understood. i am on the second number in this battle and our team almost won. i also lost my supplies in this battle. so i want my share in crystals.http://prntscr.com/5nltjo this is the image of that battle.

        You can file a claim for return of crystals if:

1. Disconnection from battle happened due to “Tanki Online” fault

 

2. Crystals were not added to your garage even after server restart

 

3. You have a screenshot with all the players in the battle.

 

4. Battle fund was over 2000 crystals

 

 

If you have all of those you can send a message to help@tankionline.com and your crystals will be returned to you.

I sended you a message. IT was written re-enter in the game. I pressed that and i noticed that i don't have 53 000 any more. I had 15 732 crstals. Now i have 25 000 8 think. You said that you will bring my crystals back in 5 days. All month passed and nothing happened. Then,without your message i got 5000 on my profile. So i had 20000... please, there are 37 000 crystals lost. I wanted to buy firebird m2 on christmas,but that passed. Please help me i'm sad. I changed my password.

Ye you may use screen shoe to show but you have to have your bank statements and you have to have proof that you had paid for the crystals than you may Email Help@Tankionline.com and send them the information and they will help you as much as they can. thanks
