It is smart cooldowns because the 2 guys fighting it out have a double damage symbol only on him and the other one has double armor only him too plus the guy in the left corner has nitro because he appears to be running very fast. Since these guys have it one at a time, that therefore justifies the answer for smart cooldowns. Plus the "wooden wasp" is way out of place. You Have to look at the general picture since the developers give you so many possibilities for the answer.

And not really doing it your self... I would do it your self and make sure don't believe anyone there a lot answers people think it can be but if you start from the beginning and do it to you get to that pic... Then it your chance to pick or what the answer is... There's more in that picture,... You got look harder and search a little bit in that oicture to give the most clear answer... But this my opinion of answer... Go believe what ever you want... Quite easy!

1. Watching the video... our first goal is to find the Vblog that is about some particular topic. It's easy, because we have only 28 of them. So we get to Vblog "Cheating":

 

 

 

 

2. But look, you see the picture of the map from Tanki Online on that video before you push the play button? It's the map Molotov. Moving on to that map.

 

3. If you drive a bit you will find this:

 

 

 

 

4. So, now we have number 7.7059 and the speed icon. Look at max speed of every hull. The closest one is Dictator M3, which is 7.71:

 

 

 

 

5. Now we move to WikiTO to see more about Dictator. What we see here? Max speed of Dictator M3 is linked:

 

 

 

 

6. This link brings us here:

 

 

 

 

7. The Game Mark is placed on this picture, so, it should be our answer. What is represented on that picture? The castle. This castle is pretty similar to one on the map Fort-Knox. But, on Fort-Knox you will never find the wall with two towers and the gate between them. The map Wolfenstein DOES have this part:

Actually for me i did not STEAL ur idea about wasp -_- when i saw a word on the pic somewhere my friend told me its in russian i went to russian servers to find if wasp is name Bacn and it would not load i too the pic u guys had for an example and i saw wasp is Bacn and that's the only word there how is it Wolfenstien can't be possible someone get to the pic then be like "Oh its is Wolfenstien cuz of the map" Its supposed to be hard not easy did you not hear what semyon said? or do you even watch it be4 i bet u only watched urs and it may be different -_-

1. You just said you did not steal anything, at the same time you said that you did look at Russian forums to get the "right" answer.

2. I did not listen to anyone when I found the answer, you can read my "walkthrough" just above your message.

3. Yes, I do watch before I solve The Game. And it is supposed to be harder and harder next days. But did you know that the question and task is the same for every localization, for Russians, English, Germans, and Chinese. So, if the keyword is Wasp, because "it's what is wrote on that tank ON RUSSIAN, and it's hard", than, for Russians it is super simple, just read that word and you got it! Not every English man know Russian language, or have a friend who knows Russian. Not every English man is messing around in this forum topic. Actually, even I did not see the word "Васп" there! I thought it's just painting! How could you guess the Russian letters?!

Guys Don't listen to Night-Firefox, I doubt he put wrong answer and also giving you wrong answer.
The map name makes no sense, if you have any sense go read millsman post on page 32. It explain correctly.

Even he argue with me why wasp I explain with proof he kept saying its wrong and when I ask whats your proof says "Its a Game its all decorate the only answer is the map: Wolfenstein." thats it. 

If you readed millsman post and mine,WASP makes perfect sense.
Why would they just put BACN (WASP) in russian why not Wolfenstien or vikings or smart coolsdowns? <-- thats a point to see

There many ways point wasp out... Not only it says baco means wasp in Russian but if you write it in google search it shows aco so in bp battles b wasp and hornet b stand for wasp... Which makes baco.. And if you go in Russian garage wasp is baco.. Bacn.. So the other reasons it points out wasp from the guy running really fast well wasp is already really fast and it doesn't show nitro show u conclude wow wasp is fast a nought even without nitro... And wasp is the shield... And rail is the power because wasp doesn't have a lot of protection... So it knows it won't last without should.. Also the gold box... The guy is holding it but falling.. Which we all know most wasp don't get gold boxes... So excuses me ik what I'm talking about

One other reason it can't be wasp is because wasp was an answer for the Game 2 times already from what I remember playing after joining tanki, not sure if it was before the last 2
