I think shan19 is right, game 2 answer is limadj2.

Breakdown:

1. The map reffered to in the blog is Tribute,

2. On the pillar of the bridge is written the code goo.gl/JhmkDG,

3. JhmkDG is a shortened url, unshortened is gives http://tankionline.com/23126

4. Following that link brings up a page where you have give a code,

5. Code is "Gold Bil? ", coming from the blog,

6. It gives the picture with the tank on first place, posted above,

7. As people have mentioned before, it's from the first Brasilian player to reacht rank generalissimo, and that is  limadj2.

 

We'll, those are my thoughts anyway.

If thats what helps you sleep at night, sure.

Anyway, I admit there is a chance thats the answer. But you are just like most saying its wasp, thinking just because thats a foreign language you need to translate it and BAM wasp. Well, it does not take sherlock holmes to find that out buddy. Think in a russian perspective, they will just read it off as wasp, so its a label! Firefox told us this was made my someone for a puzzle/contest in the past. So it is just like a regular battle going on; you have the wasp, the other "people/tanks" fighting with supplies on, a gold dropping, a regular battle. But what map is this going on in? Wolfenstein.

Then something else, these kind of pictures with those characters were made by someone called "ydzero" (something like that). He made other pictures for the [maps] future, madness, etc. So the makers of the game were probably thinking the same, and made the answer the map.

Thats how we get the logic for this.

I'm from brasil , i know limadj2 , he is a firist generalissimo of brasil ... i think limadj2 is not a second clue , have more other clue to leave us from other local ... but we dont find it ....

Answer has to be limadj2, because image you get by link is identical to one seen in v-log #12, right when Seymon talks about first Generalissimo in Brazillian Tanki Online - limadj2.
