The letter in Rio obviously indicates to the element 'Titanium' no-one can dispute that but, how does that lead to the answer being Titan? The answer doesn't have to be tanki related... Someone just says titan and apparently thats the answer.

 

Unless someone would care to tell me that ive missed a clue which leads from Titanium to Titan.

3, go check the top building, find the Ti element post on one of window

4. Ti means titanium in full chemical name, which means titan is the answer
