Ofcourse its not 1099 becoz anyone can clearly see that the second number is 3! Besides they found only one similar thing about that number and wasp and they all believe it.. the hell? So why Dictator contains that picture? Ok... you found the numbers which leaded you to Dictator, then you found "1099" which told you about wasp. IF everything is about hulls.. maybe the answer is thing which contains bigger thing than just the one hull?

To register your alt account, make sure you have linked your email to your alt account, then log in to tanki forum with your alt account, and then register your alt account "at THE GAME’s site", it's basically same as you registed your main account.

The first tanker to enter the correct keyword for the day, gets 100 points. The second gets 99, the third 98, and so on. The 90th, and all the tankers after that, will each get 10 points. Entering a correct answer during the last day of the quest grants 5 points.
