Mastered??? Go 1v1 someone woth the same equipment and rank and post the score. Also why is it that at all ranks hornet is the prefered hull. You hardly ever see a hunter or titan user and when they are they generally are only using a small varitey of turrets.

1 reason why I think hornet is soo popular is because at M0, players don't choose hunter because it's the worst, they don't choose wasp because it is too weak, so they choose hornet, thus this recurring problem l:

No, they choose it because its the cheapest tank in the game. At 50%, you can get M2 Hornet for the same price as an M1 Twins.

Its also not unthought about. MOST of the Tanki community uses 1v1s to determine individual skill.

Railgun-Hornet account-hardly ever used the combo,these are the results. OP. That's why everyone uses it.

Talking about noise,i've seen 5 railguns in a 8 people team,and noise is mostly a short/mid range map.

Forgot to add,that account's railgun is mu'd to be only 6 damage less than Railgun XT M0.

 

This makes me think Hornet needs a Weight nerf, to make it a "light hull". It's literally the answer to the universe (for a PvP game that's just disappointing) I'd pay crystals to see a Titan-Thunder in a battle. Hornet-Rail = gg wp no re b/c that's all you'll see

Your conclusion is severely absurd. Players use Railgun because it is a fun/suitable turret for them. It isn't good due to "good players" using them..that doesn't make sense. Every Railgun user has had to develop their skill, it's not something that comes naturally; Railgun is hard to master, and it seems you are not ready for it. 

You do not require Double Damage, or going against "noobs" to become good with it. Then again; your conclusion was probably the most irritating post I have seen all day.

Why bother with this stuff? ^ ^, getting destroyed by a railgun is not on my worry list, it is being constantly told that hornet and railgun is the best combo and I have PERSONALLY proved that to be wrong, why? because it is not about what level of the gun you have and it hardly has anything to do with how powerful the gun is, on the battle field, only 1 in ten hornet railguns ever bother me, the ones with skill all the other ones are just there. This combo is only effective if you know how to use it, many people think it has more to do with the turret and hull so they use it with no past experience of any other weapon, thus calling it the best, and never using anything else. To all those people who said "I have been using it since I first started" you obviously do not know how to use any other gun, I pow hornet and railguns most of the time because I have worked out how to use it. People say that railgun is a skilled gun, when although it is, does any one know how to use hornets special ability correctly, or shaft,

By the way when ever I use shaft 8 times outa 10 I come first, shaft requires more skill and is better, sometimes when I wanna use railgun and then I use shaft I get a better result, why? because as long as you have the right skill level no matter what you use is even with everything else with only a small margin of error

3) Rail is NOT trigger friendly. Even the slightest amount of impact on your tank within the "charging" second will most probably ruin your shot.

 

 

 

you can't just say that you have "mastered" railgun. Have you ever wondered why tanki allowed a special format just for xp ? and if railgun is such easily mastered why would tons of people use it ( have a look at the duelist section) to decide the winner of a duel?

Have you even been listening (or reading all posts) I said railgun was hard to master and anyway, I have been on and off using it since 2012 so you thing I would know, anyway today I used it and I mached some of the best railguners around, what is your point? ^ not provable, if you have any sense you would realise that rico has the most, or you could argue that and hunting shaft would need to know everything that is going on in the whole battle, anyway using any gun effectively would require the need to know your situation in battle, and everyone else's, isy, shaft, rico, firebird, freeze, hammer, thunder, smoky, twins, everything you can't say that railgun needs more.

^railgun is not used for XP just for its skill, rail and hornet vs rail and hornet is the most fair you can get in the game thus allowing the slightly better player to win and get XP, that's why they call it XP

I agree with you totally. Honestly, I've used the railgun a few times, and I hate it. Unless it's the M1 or whatever, it doesn't one shot half the hulls. Shaft is my favorite, and I use it with Dictator and Lava Paint. It's pretty good, and way better than the railgun. Hornet is just too easy to kill, so I never use it.

It may seem to "suck" because YOU are using it. If it's not your type of turret, then so be it; that does not require you to post such an absurd topic. Railgun is not terrible; you are terrible at using it. No offense intended.
