Blender, Its the best you can use. But its a bit hard to learn if you're not a 3d artist.

Hope you guys like it! Sorry that I drew it on scratch paper, that's why you can see random things in the background. THE DESIGNS ARE ORIGINAL BY ME.

 

Turret: Earth Shaker

-Heavy damage

-Heavy artillery launcher

-Large splash damage caused by the large explosion

-Long reload

-Medium range

-The artillery is visible but is also very fast, making it very hard to dodge

 

Hull: Rough Cut

-Great grip

-Durable health/armor

-Decent speed, not slow not fast

-A little larger and stronger than the Viking, however, it is also a bit faster

-Medium Hull

 

Paint: Admiral

-15% protection against Smoky, Thunder and Hammer

Spark - A three-round burst electric turret. Using a reverse half Tesla coil, the charges are far more unstable than from a proper Tesla coil. Therefore, the electrical bursts fired have the potential to minimally dent a tank's armor, or deal massive damage.

 

Whizz - A special hull. Its low center of gravity makes it harder to flip than it lighter hull brothers. However, its engine power is little to none, making it hard to push or pull loads, let alone shoving other tanks around. Luckily, being created of composite materials, it has a fast acceleration rate, and a decent amount of speed to boot.

 

Created in SolidWorks 2014, I think that's a first.
