I thought the goal of this contest is to describe the picture... not make a story with a scene thats the pic given... Can some1 CLEARLY explain whats the point of this contest.

Part of the description includes setting the scene and writing about the build up to the moment. The contest description says it all - It must describe the picture in some way. This means it must relate to the picture, but this does not mean you are limited to simply describing, this is not a test of observation skills!
