I can not kill anyone, but everyone can kill me. I can not pick up any drops. I reaported the problem to the developers, they responded thet the problem was solved, but it wasn't. 2nd answer was to use Ccleaner to clean cash. I don't use chrome beacouse it was buging. This problem appeared long after I becamed evoted  player, and it lasted for months. Nown it occasionally appears. It appears before anyone   kill me for the first tine - i don't touch the keyboard.  The player with the nickname    "Guestguestguest" , tonight witness the problem at the end of the fight. What do I do?

Hi i was in battle with him tonight and saw some of his bugs.
IE he had enemy flag, nobody killed or shot him, but he suddently lost it while carrying to our base. He tried to pick it up again but never was able to, he just passed "through" it without managing to take it, flag was there (until someone got it and captured).

Actually i haven't seen him shooting after this happened, and he in the end he complained that his gun doesn't work (has isida as weapon, and not sure if wasp or hornet as hull, happened a couple of hours ago sorry :P).
So i thought it's worth giving him some support.

He told me he uses Firefox as browser, if i can talk to him i'll tell him to post his OS, etc.

I just want to underline that i've seen troubles with pickups in past, i also had them and they always were temporary, either for me or other players. Instead he says it's been happening for months, and had already asked for help in facebook but apparently the bug was not fixed.
In this case it seems his problem is pretty strange, and just his own, because no other player had bugs in that battle.
I also asked him if there might be some combination of actions he does just before the bug happens, but apparently it happens randomly, without any rule. And when it happens he's also unable to collect any pick-up.

I've seen tonight that he actually has problems, i don't know much about pc programs & C., but anyway seems to be a problem related to his account, or anyway something very peculiar, so probably it's worth a check on his account because i'm pretty sure he already tried to do basic things (like clean cache, cookies, change browser).
Also, english is not his language, i'll try to help (if i can) with translation :)

Note: CCleaner has nothing to do with chrome, it's just a software that cleans your unnecessary cache.

Hi. :) First of all I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with kindness (willingness to help) of player nicknamed  "Guestguestguest".Once again, thank you for your help. You are probably older than 11 (children of 11 years old, do not be insulted).  I use the Windows 7 Ultimate, so OS isn't the problem. I know that CCleaner has nothing to do with chrome.

jokersus.cava - thanks for advices on lag.This morning do not have the problem, but should I have one agin, I will use your advices.

By the way, iinteresting thing is that, after complaint, the answer I recived was in Portugese or Spanish, and without Google Translate, I would not be able to understand a word.

I'm 32 :lol: The problem has just appeared, agin.It takes time to try out all recommended steps, and I have my daily responsibilities. However, I believe that nobody can give suggestions better than the one listed above,and that the problem can not be just mine own,  so I might say that the problem is solved. Thanks for your help guys. :) . If you would like, we could be Facebook friends, because I would like to have good people also like Facebook friends.
