Okay i have an idea. We won't get any special gun or currency, but you want any permanent advantage for buyers right?

Training mode just for buyers?

Training mode is not something worth investing in. Buyers (especially the really dedicated ones) want to be seen and recognised on the battlefield, whether it's the way they can use their drugs non-stop, or switch one M4 item to another, showing off their whole garage in a battle, etc. They want to have something visual, like golden plates on a tank once it's completely MU'd, a special design on a tank or a powerful/unique item that will make them stand out in battle. Training more is just a private (and quite unnecessary) thing that nobody will ever find out that you bought.

This is just about the fact that how will it be.

Advanced trainings can be added.

What do you mean "advanced"? How will it be more advanced than normal training? Anyway, we actually need a normal training feature to be added first and after that we can actually discuss if an advanced version is necessary.

It definitely isn't worth being the main feature of a premium account for the reason I explained in my post above.

Yes, maybe they want different things, but to look different is not an advantage.

Advanced means heavy.

For example, killing 3 tank is harder than 2.

Or hitting 2 targey in 5 second harder than 7

Nobody is going to give buyers any advantage on battlefield.

We have been through this before. Old Garage Kits were about advantage (temporary) on the battle field. It didn't go very well.

Currently, buyer can gain following advantages on a battlefield:

1) Huge stock of supplies.

2) Diversity of weaponry.

3) Micro Upgrades.

I think this is far enough.

Besides, why should buyer have an advantage on battlefield? Is this like buying easier game for money? Well guess what, I can call myself a buyer in other games, but I never play on easy difficulty. Because this is not fun! What is the point of giving money to the game if it becomes less fun?

Totally agreed. To extend,

There are some reasons that kept me hooked for this game over the past few years. ( I have a gaming pc with nice performance and i could have played nearly every game out there ) put reasons that made me chose tanki were...

1) It was NOT pay 2 win.

2) Though players are allowed to "buy" temporary boosts (i.e drugs) they can either be out skilled or equalised once you rank up to gissimo (which is a big deal but can be done over a certain amount of time).

3) Tanki can be easily accessed through any kind of web browser without anything to be downloaded.

4) The PvP Gameplay is thrilling addictive yet simple and easy to take on but extremely hard to master.

5) Mods and devs have done a perfect job to keep the game balanced over time by introducing rebalances at correct times.

last but not least The game has always defined the word FREE TO PLAY correctly and has NOT added any kind of premium memberships or such things that gives buyers a permanent and a decisive advantage.

I just love tank the way it is.

the only thing i feel like that should be improved is the starladder platform for the EN community.

best regards,

athena

I don't see much difference between a premium pass and a score multiplier only with the addition of added crystal multiplier. If this is so go ahead it wont change the game for the main backbone of tanki at all. Keep in mind any buyer advantage can have huge repercussions on my rank, most likely less on higher rank.

İf we agree first sentence, they still have temporary advantages.

What is the point of this idea? Just looks giving more...

Waaaaaaaait a minute! What is wrong with premium pass, that gives nothing but faster playing through the game? Buyers still won't have any advantage.

Waaaaaaaait a minute! Hazel nuts are tasty...A little crunchy but my Hazel Rah was there

Helped me eat the nuts.

Anyways back to topic a premium pass is stupid

I am a 43-year old father of three sons, living and working in London, UK.

I really enjoy playing Tanki, and have done since my six-year old son introduced me to it last October (2014); I have particularly enjoyed playing together with him over the Christmas period.

I have a full-time (and fortunately very well-paid) job, which does not allow me to grind away playing TO all day. I get maybe a couple of hours a day during the working week when I can play, and maybe a little longer at weekends.

At the play-rate I can manage, it would take me years to get to the point where I can enjoy playing with the highest specification hulls, turrets and paints in the Game; and get to compete against the most dedicated and advanced TO players.

However… The ability to purchase crystals (and I have purchased a *LOT* since last October!!) which I have then used to buy supplies, paints and MU’s, has helped me progress much faster… To the point where I was able to buy my first M3 Turret (Thunder) and immediately upgrade it to “M4” during the Xmas Sales.

All good then.

Except of course… The constant abuse and whining from other players about my “Drugging”, and/or being a “Buyer!”…

Which is water off a duck’s back to me, but not something I’m particularly pleased about exposing my son to.

Now I can understand the frustrations of players who can’t afford to waste money on supplies, when they are confronted by someone like me, “drugging” like a hippy at an open-air festival. I can also imagine how they might feel about having to play against someone with fully MU’d weapons, hulls and paints, at least before they reach the highest ranks of play.

But what else am I going to do? I’m not going to grind away playing the same game at the same level… I’ll just get bored and move onto something else. So I see an opportunity to use my disposable income to accelerate me through the ranks, and I use it.

Problem with that, is the effect it has on other players within a single game round: they get pounded by a constantly drugging, fully MU’d player, against whom they cannot realistically compete. Not because that player is especially skilled… But because they’ve been able to splash cash on crystals and buy all the toys they want.

The suggestion then that there could be a facility for purchasing something like a “Premium Account”, which would just accelerate progress up through the ranks, is an excellent one.

Within a single game-round itself, it is very obvious (and painfully frustrating!) when another player has obviously purchased a supplies or MU advantage. But overall, with a 100,000+ community of players… Who is going to be monitoring anyone else’s progress up through the ranks? Even if you would be inclined to do that, there would be no more point complaining about someone purchasing their way up the ranks, than there would be complaining about someone who gets to play TO, 14 hours a day, every day.

It wouldn’t affect or slow your own progress through the ranks. If anything, allowing “Buyers” to accelerate quickly through the ranks to the levelled playing-field of Generalissimo, would mean that non-Buyers would experience less frustration, as “Premium Pass” holders would overtake them very quickly and move on.

So I think this is an excellent and overdue suggestion.

Not even sure that the advantage needs to be anything more than enhanced XP earnings. I’d likely as not still buy crystals, supplies and MU’s. I’d just probably wait until M3+ to do that.

Critically: I do not buy MU’s and supplies/”drugs” so that I can dominate every game round; I buy them so that I can advance up through the ranks more quickly. If there was another mechanism for advancement that wasn’t so frustrating for non-buying players, I would be very happy to use it.

But sir, your domination is being payed by us.The non-buyers.

P.S:BTW this the first time i have seen two helpers/admins of Tanki Online having two different views.

Well it's not the devs' problem that the kids aren't allowed to spend money on the game. I don't think young children should be playing this game anyway (despite the fact that >50% of the players are below 15 years old), but even if they do, they still have their pocket money that they can spend on whatever they like (including the game) if they really want to. The point is that the only "disadvantage" non-buyers will have is that they won't be able to complete the game (i.e. get Generalissimo) as quickly, which I don't think is a bad thing.

Oh! So you really think every kid has pocket money ?

Where do you come from BTW ?

But sir, your domination is being payed by us.The non-buyers.

That was the overall point I was making.

The only advantage I *CAN* buy at the moment (supplies, MU's &c.), translates to in-Game-round domination.

But if I could buy a "card" or "account" that enabled me to earn XP at 3x or 4x the rate of non-buyers (for example), I would be much less inclined to buy supplies and MU's at lower-levels. So though I'd still play in those levels as I passed through, there would be no need for that automatic dominance.

Why dominate in a single game-round?

So that you can win more crystals, and/or more XP.

Using supplies to earn crystals is a bit self-defeating, because those supplies cost crystals.

But using supplies to earn more XP at a faster rate makes more sense, as there is no other mechanism for accelerated XP earning.

When I have other players criticise me for "drugging", and I respond that I'm doing it to earn XP (rather than crystals), they don't really have any come-back. But if there were a card or account that enhanced XP earnings (much more than the current 30% one...), then that would remove any legitimate justification for constant "drugging".

Over-drugging would still exist, of course, but would be nowhere near as prevalent, because of the removal of the significant purpose for heavy supply use.

Non-buyers would experience much less domination at the hands of buyers, sir.

Most kids, who have access to the internet and online games such as this one will have some sort of pocket money (or money given to them as presents on Christmas, etc.). Even if they don't, it's still not the developers' fault that those people can't afford to buy crystals.

Actually there are a lot of advantages a Premium user could get without any damage to non buyers... Some examples?

  • +25% experience income
  • +25% crystals income
  • 10% permanent discount on garage items
  • 10% permanent discount on microupgrades
  • -30% speed-up time (with costs subsequently decreasing)
  • Free access to PRO battles

All of this at, say, $1,99/week, $6,99/month, $29,99/6 months, $49,99/year. I would think of it

+ add new things:

1- free score multiplayer pass

2- every week u get huge gift , like 50 from all drugs or 10 k crestal , like this ,,, , every week discount

3- in servers the normal player can't join the server if there 2500 players , but the premium can enter any server

thats my idea i hope you like it  :)

Hello Fellow Tankers, I have a great and simple idea that will help the game earn more money and to expand the game a little more. Why not have the option of a premium account that includes many things such as getting double the amount of crystals you earn or even have a pro battle pass to go with it. People can only get premium account by spending real money just like World Of Tanks or War Thunder. What are your opinions, and you can help to enhance the idea by giving any feedback and by pushing the like button. Thank you for your time and see you in battle!!!!

~Polarbear2000

Why you dont play World of tanks or War thunder?- Tanki is Tanki!!!
