If he was banned, it should say you are banned for reason...

But I recon, it's a glitch, or maybe,u flooded for a long time. ;)

First and foremost try to refresh. If that doesn't result positive, follow what Joker has suggested above. It is an accurate answer.

As for your answer, Tech Support has nothing to do with simple glitches; we have administrators and certain other people for fixing those minor errors.

 

Tech Support is handy when a major problem occurs and a solution is not clear; not given/found. This can easily be done by the Chat moderators as they do have the ability to do such changes in battles on battle clock/time.
