chat availibility at low ranks

Game chat is becoming out of control people get banned but it becomes very difficult for mod as chat is available at very low rank (gerfeiter) i am not saying mods arent doing their job they r awesome at their job my suggestion is to make chat available after sergeant ranks so people who make new accounts just for violation of game chat rules cant ruin chat for other players.

Maybe the borderline should be increased slightly, but definitely not all the way up to Sergeant. Communication and socialising with other players is one of the main reasons why this game is popular and people continue playing it. If a newbie finds out that the chat doesn't work (and won't unlock anytime soon), they are likely to leave the game very quickly, IMHO.
