Collecting boxes bug

Hello, sometimes when I drive over boxes, I don't collect them :( Sorry if this is the wrong place to post a bug, I'm still getting used to this forum.

I get this bug sometimes too. I think it's releated to lag and ping time. Do you have a very large number in your ping? (Ping is indicated in battle by a little number labeled "ping" above the score.) If it's red, it's bad. If it's green it's good.

It is related to lag and ping. Also note that if you can't pick up boxes , you generally won't get credit for kills during that time either. So get your stuff in the green or at least yellow, till when you can finally pick up boxes.

 

I have lost hundred's of kills to this "bug" ; actually it is just bad lag and ping , not the fault of the game mostly. I say mostly because lag and ping do seem to get slightly worse on crowded(full) servers besides a slow connection speed.

 

Follow the game guide for reducing lag and minimizing flash add-ons, And only have Tanki  online page open on your browser, etc., to increase your server/connection -ping/mps speed.

 

Go full screen, 

 

And then shrink your game screen(cmd -)  that REALLY helps too.

Yes , the "how to reduce lag guide" is the best. Thanks for posting that,

 

However  it does not mention the extras of reducing your game screen size after going to full screen mode. It needs to be revised to account for these extra steps that help too.
