twins should have a laser bolt like how the guns shoot in star wars instead of a plasma bolt and the barrels should rotate and every time it fires there should be a small puff of smoke at the back were the barrels come out a little (PS I don't care much for the spinning barrels just thought it would be cool the other stuff I really meant)

 

please post what you think of twins and what should be added to it and what tweaks you think it should have.

Keep in mind that the more visual effect there are, the more it will impact the game and worsen the lag. I'm not sure if it's at all possible to create animated turrets with the current Tanki version....

I did not ask for you opinion on how you think of it when you are against it I asked for what you think of it in game play or what you think of it when you use it and I did not ask what gun you prefer more that just is an insult to this page it does not say is hammer and shaft better than twins.

Besides, there is already a topic titled "Lets discuss Twins" which makes this topic completely pointless.

There really shouldn't be a spinning barrel, as the machine gun will have that.

No one asked you to mess around with my page and guys I doubt there going to put . In machine gun its going to take away the hole purpus of twins the machine gun of tanki and its been weeks since they introduced it hammer only took three weeks it been like 6 for machine gun

The machine gun won't have much knockover as Twins do, though....

A Tale of Rio

I went in as a sniper (Viking / shaft) when the game was 12 to 4. With other players added, the tide began to change and there was no safe place for a sniper, falling prey 5 times to Freeze and 10 times to ricochet (no time to reload, arcade shot not powerful or precise enough).

 

Then we had another new player (shaft) join, and we had the complete control of the battlefield, for about 2 minutes, and then the attacks around the left edge started, and our attackers couldn't get or keep the flag. I got killed another 6 times, then I said, it is time for Twins to appear.

 

The Terror Weapon. The Weapon That Won The War. I went up the right side, killing 4 before they got me. Twice I made the Reds move their captured Blue flag. Then I started wiping up the two Ricochets. They get 7 shots, then they have to reload. I outlasted each of them, then cruised "around the world" killing all but 2 of the Red Team before they ganged up. The score shot up from 14-14 to 27-14 in the last 10 minutes. I went right, circled to the left, and came on their whole attack team from the rear. It was a massacre. I went from 20/30 to 83/41. How desperate were they? One of them became a Dictator Hammer to try to score again.

 

Funniest moment: I had killed two Reds to reach the grass at back, but got flipped on my side. Helpless, I kept firing and not one but TWO guys jumped down obligingly into my line of fire!

 

If they had had one good railgunner, I would have been toast, but my Viking can take at least 5 shots from Ricochet and 2 from Shaft. I don't usually use Twins, because of the range,but they sure came in handy.
