New Supply: Flashbang Mine

I dislike this idea.

 

First of all, we already have a mine-like supply.

 

Second of all, if you really want to get away safely, use a damn health kit!

 

And finally, the whole concept of this drug is absolutely senseless to me, oh well.

The only thing relating the two will be the fact that you can lay them both on the ground.

Also, getting away from enemies is only ONE way you can use this. There are more....

And I don't see why this would be senseless, oh well....

Will create more laggs..

 

Such a weak drug would never be used .

 

And triggering idea worsen it .

 

There would be many mults around ...

 

I know u r excited for creating and suggesting something new but take step back and think ....

I know I would use it, it's not the damage I would count on, it's the blindness.

The triggering effect is the best part, being able to still hit them when they try and drive around it. Besides, if you are the one trying to avoid it, remember that if they don't know you're there, it's a less chance of them detonating it.

Mults? Why does a new drug have anything to do with mults?

I have thought about this, and I still think it's a good idea that will add to the gameplay.

there should be a flashbomb paint it redure the amount of white screen you get

It would be cool to have that feature when Double Armor is activated, but adding a whole new paint...I don't know...maybe.

You forgot that they both have a ground proximity, they both can't be seen far away (sight proximity (and, if this mine can be seen far away, it would be even more senseless to create this ludicrous supply)), and they both can be used for getting away.

 

And, yes, of course there are more ways to run away from enemies. Perhaps use the other supplies that already exist instead of asking the developers to make a supply that is absolutely useless since there are other supplies that can do the job of this "flash bang mine." Perhaps there are more uses for this type of mine but really? I'm pretty damn sure that the other uses of this mine can be replicated by other supplies that already exist. Asking for another supply that basically does the work of other supplies that already exist in a different way is senseless.

This supply is unique, no other supply can do what this does. Yeah, you can argue that other supplies work just as well, but that is a hollow argument, and here's why:

You can argue that Nitro and Double-Armor works the same way, to survive longer, but both are completely different.

You can argue that the mine would work just as well as the Flashbang, but still, they both work completely different.

And, you can argue that Double Power works just as well as a mine, but both are completely different.

(These are just examples)

I wish we could agree on this, but I still think there is a lot of potential for this.

Lol, someone thought I got this idea from Counter-Strike. xD

XD but it could work really, well but I, think the flash bang should turn blue or red when it hits you. like a blue flash or red

Hmm....not the traditional white? But then again, Tanki isn't that traditional when it comes to these types of things xD. (For instance, whoever heard of a Freeze Gun?) LOL

 

Or maybe the Flashbang would change colors depending on the season/holiday. :)

Of course, some countries don't celebrate that......my idea mainly applies to International Holidays, like Christmas. :)

Then all the players will see white screen for 20 seconds after gold notification.

Is that part of the game? Or only if someone detonates a Flashbang??

 

IMO, 20 seconds is a bit too long, it would make the supply a little too OP.

Wow !! Great Idea Deadtoyou, It can help me to take flags but ! There is one disadvetage : If a lot of player will put this Mine so you will see a whitescreen for a while :l

If you have played any modern fps like CS:GO or COD you should know how annoying flash bangs are. In this game there is no chance unless you memorized your surroundings. In modern fps you can spray bullets around and hope you hit someone but think about someone using shaft while blinded. You would have very little to no chance to kill them.

That's exactly what the Flashbang is supposed to do, and memorizing your surroundings is an awesome way to adapt to this mine. I, for one, would use that tactic. :)

actually ... it's real. For example specials force use this kind of 'flash bombs' when they rescue hostages and a real 'bomb' could kill hostages  and kidnappers .

If the enemy team lays down tons of mines, remember that there can only be one mine per person, so if they all detonate at once, or if they detonate simultaneously, all it will do is reset the time it takes to cool down the Flash effect.

There is potential and it wouldn't be a bad element in the game. However, I honestly think the developers should focus on other more important things (this is not unimportant).

 

I can see the "flashbang mine" in the game, it would be pretty cool. But now we apparently have a ghost supply that kind of does what this thing is meant to do (but obviously does not as you've said in your other post). A good and creative idea but should it be prioritized? No.
