Dose of very bad luck

Hey all. So today I was on the 2042 map, playing CTF on the red side. We were going to lose the game anyways but I thought I'd give a try and attack the flag. My entry was clear, but not my exit.

 

My first route out had a Thunder Dictator blocking the narrow way (in the middle of the map, towards the left if you're  spawning on the blue team side), and there was no way of getting through unless I went drugging, which I hate and was not a good idea too when you know you're losing. So thinking fast, I changed course to the downward slope nearby it(to the very left of the map if you're again on the same side)......and I had a Shaft at my side.

 

Fortunately that Shaft wasn't moving while I escaped. Just when I thought I was clear to move a Freeze comes from my side. I could've prevented him from noticing but too late, he got me.

 

Man, that was the worst luck I'd ever faced. And then I also thought to myself if anyone else faced similar. Would love to know:)

You call that bad luck? Meh, I was inside 5k gold boxes 3 times and the servers didn't count that as contact.

Thats bad luck? i call that normal. Bad luck is when you are inside a gold box and cant take it or when a gold box is about to drop and you start lagging like heck.

True, lag is hell annoying, specially when I'm using the Shaft. One moment I've fired, next moment I realised I missed, mostly when I've just joined the game.

 

But believe me, avoiding the first two was bad enough, and crap got real when that Freeze noticed me. The way everything happened was like I was meant to lose that flag, no matter how I found my way out

Not really, plan A for my exit went wrong, and then everything fell out of place. So much for a clean entry :P
