On a forum game a player posted this and I tried to tell them to post it here but they didn't but I have the link off the screen shot he posted.

I think he is being insulted by a Russian, is that so? For that, nothing can be done except a ban or teaching from a moderator.

Insults/profanity can no longer be reported. It is for the best of players. According to the new system, moderators now enhance the knowledge of fellow tankers by telling them what is correct and what counts as inappropriate content. It is a great system, create a solid base for one's TO career. :)

 

However, you can still try to send this photo to a chat moderator. They would not ban, but would probably keep him under supervision. Just be sure and write accurately about what you're complaining while sending the PM.
