Account hacked

Well, I think I need your help.  All my friends list is gone. I can't go to problems and solutions.  It says I am banned for breaking the rules. I just came to my ACCOUNT since yesterday. When i left my account it was just fine.  I am now afraid to go to my garage to see what is gone.  I am sending you the response i wrote to the help dept that has been delaying giving me a link so i can change my password. I wrote them several times explaining that someone had my password and that i was in fear of losing my garage. they told me to wait 12 days.  Here is my letter i have written to them in regards to finding out that all my 2 years of gathering a very important friends list gone.To Tanki Online Support (help@tankionline.com)

 

I want to make you aware of the FACT that i have been playing Tanki for 2 years and you make me go through all this questions after I told you several times that someone had ny password and that i was in fear of losing my ACCOUNT all my garage etc... you would not give me a link to change my pass code. making me wait and wait and wait.  I am a Leader of a clan i have been acquiring a friends list for 2 years. Well i hope you feel that you have done a good job by not helping me because NOW SOMEONE HAS GONE INTO MY ACCOUNT AND DELETED ALL MY FRIENDS LIST WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET BACK. Thank you so much Tanki for your wonderful security. Now i guess i just sit and wait for my garage to be taken and will you replace all that or do i have to play 2 more years to obtain what i worked so hard for. this makes me feel so angry that i spent 2 years of my life involved in a game that does not support the very system of what makes then survive.   Whats the system?  The system that makes your survive is the players. I am one of them.

Moderators can't do anything about hacked accounts. Only tech support can help you out.

Did they ask you to fill in the 10 questions? If yes, what did they answer after you had sent them your answers?
