Problem with buying cryst with SMS

Hey,

I have got a problem. I'm sent two SMS from Poland and I don't recive cryst. I wrote to help@....  (i'm don't remember mail :D) and they written to me "Our system hasn’t detected any payments from your phone number. You should immediately contact the technical support of your mobile operator to clarify the status of the payment." I phone to my mobile operator (Orange) and they told me the transaction was made without problem. I send more mails to TO admins and they all time wrote to me this what is pasted above. What i can do ? I want my cryst or money.

PS: Sorry for my english. I'm not good in this language ;)

If you still don't receive your crystals, contact to help@tankionline.com and explain the situation to them. I'd recommend you to ask your mobile operator for the bill of the payment and send it to TO help desk.

It takes more than 48h after send sms. TO admins wrote to me their system hasn’t detected any payments from my phone number.

I'm send reports more than two times and i recive the same  reply.

Wait a few hours after making the payment before reporting the problem, because payments can take some time (especially if you pay using SMS). Do not send report more than once, it will take few hours to get a reply. So please be patient.

How many times it will takes ? I send SMS 7.01.2015 and to this time i dont recive cryst.

Hello. I add to the topic. 01/06/2015 I sent two text messages for 11,07 zł and have not yet got a kris. operator says it came from him text messages. dpisał help desk that their system is not registered. What do I do ??

Yes. Operator told me the transaction was made.

Hey,

OOOO Demoneł jak dobrze, weź im cos powiedz żeby mi dali moje crisy które kupiłęm bo oni odpisuja cały czas to samo zładzieje xD nie dostałem crisów od 07.01.2015
