Someone is entering my acc!

Someone is entering my acc!!! I let one my friends play and he says that someone is constantly entering! And I changed pass once and sow that number of exp changed! And i didn't told that password even to my friend!

HELP!!!!!!!

Anyone here cannot help you, all is to the tech support team.

As blackopspaul said, send a email to help a tank I on line explain them what happened, don't forget to put a hard and an unguessable password and change the password of the email which is linked to your accnt!

I changed my password many many times, but still someone is entering and technical support is taking ages to respond!

They say at the bottom of the email" We will reply to you within 12 Hours"  unless the time limit has changed.

Normally, they replies within 12 hours but hacked cases they take more time I guess.

As to me my account is blocked due to a hacker who entered repeatedly and now tech team refuse to give it back, and take ages to respond. But after sometime they respond, be patient.

You must explain that a intruder enters your account repeatedly otherwise they will block it too. Even though its unfair. Sometimes they don't care!

Well i do not certainly won't for my acc to be blocked! I played so much on it and spend real money on it (it's big number i don't want to talk about it)!

 

 

And it is happening now some one is playing on it!

Just do as I said in the First reply to this topic.

I did allready and been talking for few days with techincal support and in last reply they said this:

 

Hello!

 

 

Your application has been received. Its consideration will take from 1 to 5 days - depending on the workload of the technical support.

Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to the e-mail from which we received the application.

Thank you for understanding.

 

Well i understand that they have work, but I'm scared that I'll lose my crystals and supplies (that I allready lost 50%)

I suggest you to change your email password as well as your tanki password, if you have already changed your tanki password, trying again changing email password and tanki password at the same time.
