problem with returned account !

hello from KsA , how are u guys , i hope fine , i have some problem , 

i have old old account , i create it 2013 , when i create it my email get block , and some hacker enter the account ,i leave tanki 2 years , i forget the account + email + password , 

 

But the shock i see my account in some battle , i remember it , but i forget the email + password , after that i Try my password number several times , and i remember the pass and enter the account , but i try to know my email here but there nothing : ( 

 

after that i talk with help@tankionline.com 

i say i forget the email and i want new email . i give they Correct information , but i forget the email 

 

when i wait replay from help@tankionline.com i get banned in my account , reason: Multiple IP

cuz the hacker share my account with every one for $$ : ( 

 

now i want a way to return my account and unlock the block ,

 

cya guys , I want answers guaranteed

In 2013 the hackin system was famous so u got hacked. I thibk no other way to get back then creatibg new. Only in my opinion.
