Equipement Hire

I rented the 'frost' paint and was fully expecting it to be removed today (12th January). However, I was also expecting a partial refund of crystals, which I now gather will not be forth coming.

Can I strongly suggest that any future equipement hire that Tanki introduces, clearly states that there will be 'NO REFUND OF CRYSTALS' at the end of the hire period. Your promotion was totally misleading and has cost me a lot of crystals. Treat your tankers fairly!!!!!

It was very clear that the items were for RENT only and it was stated in various locations all over the game such as the description of the items, when you are about to buy them and on the forum.

Yea that's pretty obvious dude. you should look into it more carefully. Especially since you area a high ranking player.

Thanks for the response and lesson learnt. I shall not be looking to rent when the rental is so high next time. It will take sometime to recoup 200,000 crystals, that's for sure.
