no damage in parkour?

I was looking at the new update discussion and then pizzadino came up with a great idea(thanks pizzadino!). we should not allow damage in parkour matches. earlier this weekend I was trying to do tricks (this is honest) failing most of the time and  getting destroyed by people who I thought were either trolling or didn't know what parkour meant. so should we ban damage in parkour to stop this from happening and allow mines to send us in the air but not damage us.

Probably, but I've been so close to getting where I want to be, then I'm destroyed by trollers.

good question hazel but what would you rather have. people ruining your tricks or doing tricks without anyone ruining it. I think most parkour people would agree with me that easy tricks are better than nothing

Parkour is about planning, cooperation and understanding the game mechanics. It has very little to do with surviving gun damage. With the current parkour mode if you have a bunch of twins shooting you you can just wear Rock and constantly activate DA and repair kits to survive. The damage is not challenging, but merely annoying

Please, if you don't have any constructive feedback, keep it to your self.

 

As for the idea, if you are talking about making a public game to parkour I can assure you it wont work, because you can't communicate (except for chat and many don't speak English, and people just go running around and it's a bit messy. The best thing to do it make a private game and invite people who actually want to parkour, just get in the same team and parkour without being afraid of someone ruining the game.

Ya, the Parkour mode is meant to make parkouring more convenient, not remove the challenge altogether.

parkour will be to easy people will complete parkour and it will go dead you can kill parkour like that people can make it to places they want that will make the end of parkour for tanki :(
