He did not resign. And I was simply pointing out that given the past of huge rivalry between India and Pakistan, it would be unlikely for a Pakistani umpire to agree to give an unfair decision in favor of India. Anyway, this could simply be human error. Has this ever happened before? No. India has won only twice in the world cup. All biases aside considering the fact that your are (most probably) Bangladeshi, do you really think in reference to previous matches and world cups, that India has bought the ICC?
