My account aniketsharmarocks098 was hacked and the email and password was changed.I wrote to help@tankionline.com and they said I would get an email in 1-5 days.It has been about 2 weeks now and the email has not arrived yet.Please help me

I have the same problem!

I won't get any reply from them, my account was blocked unfairly due to a hacker's fault. I sent them a email. I got the reply which they send the same time saying they created me a number and they will contact us within 12 hours, its been 6 days, no reply yet!

Just wait, the help desk is currently working on it. It's normal them to reply late because it's not easy to investigate and find out who's the real owner of account. So just be patient and don't send more emails.
